Fun note: in Denmark the Easter Bunny is a Hare, which is slightly bigger than a rabbit. It lives above the ground and not in caves. Rabbits are rare in Denmark whereas the Hare is very common all over the countryside. Hares and Rabbits looks very much the same, at least to the untrained eye. The Danish name Harekilling means Hare kitten.
