Also known as Kastaniehue
The idea for this hat emerged one day when I was
collecting chestnuts by our large chestnut tree.
There were a lot of spiked chestnut shells,
which inspired me – it turned into a hat with spikes on.
The hat is worked on circular needles and finished in
a crown with 4 peaks.
The decorative spikes are made by wool tufts and the hat is felted in the washing machine.
