Gentle Summer Breeze is a play on elements of the Scotish and Estonian lace knitting tradition and designed in an interesting bias pattern.
The shawl is first knitted in two identical pieces, which are seamless joined together by 2 triangular sections. Finally, cast on stitches for a border at both ends.
I chose a very fine yarn and comparatively large knitting needles. This model can look beautiful with different yarns, but as a tip: The expressive lace pattern comes out particularly beautifully with light-colored yarns.
This pattern is quite demanding, so I recommend it to experienced lace knitters. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
