Shipping and Delivery

Our website is designed to automatically calculate shipping costs, these are weight-based and will vary for each individual country.

To calculate shipping, simply add products to your basket, add your delivery details at the checkout and the system will calculate the cost. You can see this information without adding all your details, the city and postal code will suffice.

Customs and handling fees are not included in our delivery charges. Customs will contact you directly regarding these. Charges vary in each individual country and we are unable to advise on what these will be. Further information should be available from your own government’s customs information online.

We send all goods via Royal Mail/Parcelforce. The postal service is the cheapest, and quickest, form of shipping from the Shetland Isles. Courier services from the isles are extremely expensive.

We aim to dispatch orders within 4 business days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All cones are made to order and will take longer to dispatch. If delivery will take more 28 days we shall contact you directly.
