Norwegian summer can be sunny and warm, but summer nights can be cool. Then a warm blanket for the little one is nice, or a shawl over your shoulders. Find your favorite yarn, all the green shades and all the flower colours and get knitting!
Pattern notes
The blanket is worked from the centre outwards. The pattern is written in table format and you read from the bottom. Start at round 0, the cast on, and continue upwards. The table indicates round number, stitch count, number of sts increased, and percent done every 5% as well as the charts. The charts are shown in black and white, with colour suggestions.
Yarn
You need fingering wool yarn, such as Spindrift. You can also use a little bit of thinner or thicker yarn, it just adds some extra life to the blanket. The whole blanket weighs 370 grams. You need approximately 240 g of different green colours and approximately 130 g of flower colours, you can use leftovers of white, yellow, blue, purple and pink.
